On January 30 2016 four members of the Bloomington Community Band competed in the Monroe County History Center Jigsaw Puzzle Contest. They took first place with a winning time of 2 hours 9 minutes and 15 seconds.
Members of the BCB Downbeats are Gary Wiggins, Anita Elsey, Chelsea Hoover and Tom Wiggins.
